Young European Musicians Contest 2009
First contest entirely dedicated to young musicians that wish to score silent films, the Young European Musicians Contest, organized in partnership with the Turin National Museum of Cinema, has always been the core of the International Silent Film Festival with Live Music Strade del Cinema.
The winner receives 1500,00 euros to compose the soundtrack of a silent film and play it live at the Cinema Massimo of Turin.
The music composed by the three first classified is recorded on the Notes on Frames CD.
